Key Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert for selected content areas in a range of Blockchain topics – e.g. DeFi, Crypto, NFTs, Metaverse, DAOs – leading transfer knowledge and generating new intellectual capital for the firm
- Supporting and leading the development of new business opportunities
- Generating repeat sales at assigned clients and supporting sales efforts of the practice
- Building industry and region-specific EpicJam viewpoints and offerings for blockchain
- Creating awareness in the market and delivering our POV on Blockchain in our key accounts
- Becoming a trusted blockchain advisor for clients building new visions and business models
- Developing and delivering business strategy and implementation roadmaps
- Managing client relationships
- Conceptualizing and developing relevant use cases, proofs-of-concept (POC), and pilots
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams of talented consultants, business analysts, and technical practitioners to the successful delivery of complex blockchain technology applications
- Contributing to the growth and eminence of the practice through thought leadership and practice development activities
- Helping our clients explore disruptive strategies that create business value
- Be involved in the global Blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals
- Attend conferences and community events for protocols and projects to help source new opportunities, support existing projects and maintain market awareness.
Job Specific Experience
- Must be considered an expert and have a detailed understanding of and experience in the blockchain/fintech industry
- Must have detailed knowledge of products and services specific to the industry
- Display passion for Blockchain and its use cases, EpicJam’s mission, and enthusiasm to actively take ownership of the development of the “Technology & Innovation” Practice with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Have in-depth knowledge and interest in the Blockchain and web3 industry
- Demonstrated success in introducing existing and new/emerging solutions into various countries/regions/industry verticals
- Be capable of efficiently managing multicultural teams with diverse backgrounds and engaging in multiple projects around the World
- Excellent verbal communication, comfortable presenting, influencing, and negotiating at the senior management level, able to shift gears for audiences from different business disciplines of varying technical ability
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and highly organized, holding self and others to high standards, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, fostering a positive team culture
- Open and creative; comfortable with uncertainty in a changing/fast-paced environment and comfortable driving change
